You can pay tickets online at https://govrec.com/main-page
You will need the State (Texas), City (Plum Grove), Name on the ticket, and Date of Birth. There is a 5% fee to use this service.

Monday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
